Groups and Committees

Community leadership is provided by the Board of Directors, as well as the Association Committees. All residents can participate in various committees. These committees help shape the future of GlenRiddle Community Association. All meetings are open to the public.


Volunteers are always welcome to participate in any or all of the following committees:

Budget and Finance

Help plan our community’s spending while keeping our finances balanced. This group of individuals works directly with the board and management in the preparation of the fiscal year budget.

Covenants

Help enforce the rules within the Community's Bylaws ensuring the Community remains in pristine condition.

Architectural

Part of living in a community association is helping to preserving the general aesthetic of our community. The Architectural Control Committee exists so that GlenRiddle Community Association can remain a harmonious place to live. Anyone wishing to make external changes to their property must meet the association requirements for modifications and submit an application before initiating work.

Operations 

Helps with both short-term and long-term goals of running the community.  This group of individuals help with the planning of upgrades to current amenities as well plans for potential Community amenities in the future.

Marina

Helps with the overall management of the marina.  Anyone wishing to make changes to their dock must meet the association requirements for modifications and submit an application before initiating work.
